Hiwasa Roadside Station
You will find an array of seasonal produce here, dropped off daily by local farmers. The local sushi - using yuzu vinegar - is available for takeout, along with other bentos. In a separate building, you can buy souvenirs and local crafts, and also the Tourist Information Centre! Please come by and say hi!

Shobu Souvenir Shop
Located next to Yakuoji temple, this souvenir shop sells plenty of local specialties, as well as soft serve ice cream!

Kadota Shoten
This is a canning company, most famous for their canned and seasoned abalone, which is caught in the seas surrounding Minamicho. Although you cannot visit the store, you can buy the cans as a gift from Michi no Eki and supermarkets in town.
Juichiya Confectionary Store
A traditional Japanese confectionary store established in 1866. Their specialty is the "Yakushi Yokan" (a jellied desert made from red-bean paste) and "Hiwasa Castle" (red bean paste sandwiched between two wafers) - both are homemade and do not contain any preservatives, so best eaten fresh in Hiwasa!

Hiwasa Smoke Factory
Seasonal fish that is smoked on the day it is caught. It is the perfect souvenir from Tokushima! Can be bought in the Michinoeki or local supermarkets.
Hamaguchi Fishing Shop
A fishing specialty store - you can ask them any questions you have about fishing in the area, and fishing gear!

A long-established sundries shop - their specialty is salt-dried fish. You can find their products in Michi No Eki or in the local supermarkets.
Niiya Kamaboko Shop
Their kamaboko (fish cakes) are often bought as gifts - you can find them in the local supermarket or Michi No Eki!
